Who are the customers?

The people who are registered with your shop are the customers to your shop. After registration whenever they make an order, they need not to fill all the details such as - Contact Details, Address etc. These details will already be saved at the time of registration.

What is the importance of Customers feature ?

There are several types of customers,

  • The Browsing Customer
  • The Bargain Hunter Customer.
  • The Buying Customer.
  • The Impulse Buy Customer.
  • The Loyal Customer.
  • The Browsing Customer (Window shoppers)

How can I Access the list of registered customers?

You can see a list of all customers by the following below-

Go to ADMIN > CUSTOMERS > ALL CUSTOMER

On a redirected page by default you will get all the list of customers as showing in below image-

And you can also search the customers according to your need, you can check whether the customer is active or not and also can get all the information about the customer .
