If you want to approve the feedbacks then you need to click on the name  that will redirect to you Edit Shop Feedbacks as showing in below image-

By Feedback feature of shopnix customer can give the feedback for your shop that will be very helpful to you.On home page of your shop customer can see the Feedback.png button and by clicking on it customer will get a Contact Us page and needs to fill this page for giving the feedback for your shop as showing in image below- Contact.png

Whenever a customer gives a feedback for your shop that will not be show on your shop until you will not approve that feedback. To approve and to get the list of all feedback you need to follow below-

Go to Admin >Misc >Shop Feedbacks then you will get all the list of feedbacks as shown in below image-

If you want to filter the feedbacks then you need to use the filter options as shown below –

If you want to approve the feedbacks then you need to click on the name that will redirect to you Edit Shop Feedbacks as showing in below image-

Here you can edit and can approve your feedback.you can approve your feedback by three category as –Testimonial, Complaint, Others.
