This guarantee applies to all Accounts created under any Shopnix Subscriptions Plans
The 30-Days Money Back Guarantee is available ONLY for new subscriptions and NOT for subscription renewals
Refund Before 30-Days:
To request a refund under this guarantee, you must explicitly contact us within the first 30 calendar days after signing up to a Shopnix paid plan. Eg: If your paid subscription started on 3rd March 2013, you should apply for refund before 1st April 2013.
To contact us, please click here and send us an email, which will automatically create a support ticket. Your account will be closed within 24 hours of receiving the ticket.
We will process your refund within 48 hours of closing your account. We'll gladly refund you 100% of your subscription fees. Please ensure you have backed up all your shop data before requesting a refund.
Exclusions & Other Terms:
Any discounts applied will be excluded from refunds. i.e if you subscribe to a discounted 12 month subscription & cancel subscription after 2 months, then the 2 months will be charged at full (undiscounted) price and the remaining amount refunded.
If your Shopnix account is suspended or terminated due to policy violations, you will not be eligible for 30-days money back guarantee.
If you received a FREE Domain through our promotional offer and decide to cancel your Shopnix account within first 30 days (as per our 30-days money back guarantee), we will deduct the price of your domain registration from your total refund amount. You will still own your domain & can keep using it until it's expiration date. You can even renew your domain if you wish.
