What is OTP based login in e-commerce store?
OTP-based login refers to a method of authentication for e-commerce stores, where users are required to provide a one-time password (OTP) sent to their registered mobile number to access their account.
Why do we need this feature?
OTP-based login provides an additional login option for users and is easy to use. It also adds an extra layer of security to the user's account, helping to protect sensitive information and transactions. By requiring the user to provide both their password and a unique, temporary code, OTP-based login makes it more difficult for unauthorized individuals to access the user's account.
