By Feedback feature of shopnix customer can give the feedback for your shop that will be very helpful for your shop.On home page of your shop customer can see the 
button and by clicking on it customer can give the feedback for your shop.
Whenever a customer gives a feedback for your shop that will not be show on your shop until you will not approve that feedback. To approve and to get the list of all feedback you need to follow below-
Go to Admin >Misc >Shop Feedbacks
For getting the list of all the feedbacks you need to click on Search button. If you want to filter the feedbacks then you need to use the filter options as shown below –
If you want to approve the feedbacks then you need to click on the feedback that will redirect to you Edit Shop Feedbacks. Here you can edit and can approve your feedback. Here you can approve your feedback by three category as –Testimonial, Complaint, Others.
